Refunds:

Each item is printed and custom-made at the time of your order, so unfortunately, your items cannot be exchanged or refunded; unless merchandise arrives damaged or has a serious quality issue, only then will consideration of a refund be made, pending investigation of the specific issue. Book Purchases:

The digital products are available immediately upon download and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or shared once downloaded,  as it is the intellectual property of the author. 

Be advised that our products are printed on demand orders (POD), so please allow *2-5 business days from order date for the creation of products; and *5-10 business days after the completion of the creation of the product for delivery. Although it may not take the full time before your receipt of items, please watch your email as you will receive an email advising when the product has been shipped.

Having a website is a great way to expand your reach with this business partnership opportunity, however you can still thrive even without a website by several ways:

1)You can leverage your exposure by sharing your unique link that you will receive for each product after you apply and are approved, which is accessible through your affiliate account under the "products" tab. There is a paperclip beside each individual product, which you can copy and share directly with your followers on various social media accounts like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube in the description or in your bio, also when you create engaging posts and videos to promote the products. There are 2 pages of products, so be sure to click the arrow at the bottom of the list to go to the next page. The drop down arrow shows the additional prices and commissions that you will receive for the products that provides multiple pricing options. 

2)Email marketing allows targeted promotions to a subscriber list. Join relevant online communities and forums, sharing links where appropriate.

3)Messaging apps such as WhatsApp and Telegram can reach your personal network discreetly, or simply send out a text message blast with your unique links from your personal phone number directly to your personal contacts.

4)Word of Mouth is a great way to share, but you must remember to share the product by using your unique link so that you will be paid your commission fee when they purchase an item.

5)Having a website amplifies your efforts and it creates a central hub for content, product reviews, and affiliate links.  Your unique link is located in your account, which is accessible once approved, and you will be able to embed each individual product directly to your website. Follow the instructions as highlighted above at the beginning of the terms in option #1 under for our partners for copying links. Optimizing for search engines attracts organic traffic, and having a website establishes you as a credible expert in your niche. Again, you can start without a site, but building one enhances your long-term success.

Other information:

• There must be a minimum of $25 earned before payouts can be reqeusted for items that are purchased via your unique link, which is received once you apply and are approved to partner with us. Be sure that you are sharing your link in order to earn commission.
• Payouts are made once monthly via Paypal at this time, and will require the input of the email address when applying to partner, use the email associated with your paypal account in order to participate and receive payouts. If you do not have a Paypal account, please go here.
• Commission amounts vary per product and your accumulated commission payouts amounts can be seen from your account under payouts.
• Once approved and inside of your new account, please go to products under affiliate program. There you will see which products you can earn commissions for, and the amounts for each. Only items shown payout commissions. If the product is not seen listed then it is not eligible to earn a commission. 
• To earn commissions, you'll need to share your unique product link, which can be copied easily by using the link icon, which looks like a paperclip, on the right side of each product, there are 2 pages of products, so click the arrow link at the bottom of the list to go to the next page.
• As an affiliate partner, you are considered an independent contractor, and not an employee with us. Therefore you are responsible for reporting your earnings and paying any applicable taxes on your commission income. 
• Once you have earned $600, you will receive a W9 form to complete for our tax filing purposes, in which we will provide you with a 1099-NEC for your own filing purposes and records by the tax filing year deadline of Jan 31.
• Please discuss any other tax obligations or questions with your tax professional.
