Print on demand items shipping from the EU to the US will take longer than usual.

Why? It's due to the removal of the de minimis provision by the U.S. government.

We must share this info with our customers, although most items will not be affected, as they're fulfilled within the US.

Refunds:

Each item is printed and custom-made at the time of your order, so unfortunately, your items cannot be exchanged or refunded; unless merchandise arrives damaged or has a serious quality issue, only then will consideration of a refund be made, pending investigation of the specific issue. In such case, please complete the contact us form on the home page. Digital products will NOT be refunded.

Book Purchases:

The digital products (books) are available immediately upon download and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or shared with pirating intentions once downloaded,  as it is the intellectual property of the author, so please use integrity. 

Be advised that our custom products are printed on demand orders (POD), so please allow *2-5 business days from order date for the creation of products; and *5-10 business days after the completion of the creation of the product for delivery.

Although it may not take the full time before your receipt of items, please watch your email as you will receive an email advising when the product has been shipped.

Keep in mind that each item is made upon order, so be sure to estimate enough time to receive your items. Your patience and support are greatly appreciated.
